AMD 3 James Murphy

For my third AMD assigment i did some delving into popular German cuisine. Germany certainly has some 'verrückt' dishes, the most unusal dishes i could find were, blood dumplings and tatar! (raw meat spread on toast) and egg butter! Neither of which sounded paticulary appitizing! The main staple foods of a common German diet tend to be meats, cheeses, vegatables, and fish, similar to the the US. Different regions in Germany often have 'Spezialität' dishes, this is especially prominent in the south of the country in regions such as Bavaria and Swabia where foods such as Sauerkraut and pretzels are paticulary popular. The national dish for Germany is currywurst and sauerbraten.
