I read the article about the Klofrau. I found it so interesting that they actually have this as a job. Here in America being the garbage man was already bad enough, but cleaning toilets of drunk people at a bar would be much worse, considering what you would have to deal with. Although I do like the concept of this job because I have a phobia of public bathrooms. There is something about them that is just so dirty and cannot seem to get past that. Although when I went to a restaurant called Quartinos, in chicago, they had this similar custom.  know Quartino's is an Italian restaurant but I am assuming they wanted to make it as Italian as possible. I know Italy also has a "toilet lady," and the restaurant had this adaptation of it. As i began to remember on my trip to Europe most every country I visited had this as a job opportunity. I guess it must be a European custom to do so. Even though the article did mention the small decrease of the job opportunity. I found this article to be very interesting and showing us more about the German culture and how the country works.
